Well, this party happened the previous sunday, 2nd July 2006. Cant blame me for making a late entry. Projects are taking up a whole load of my time. Even now I feel so lazy to blog in but for the sake of those reading my blog, I'm still blogging in.
The TP Wakeboard Party was held to celebrate our 1st runner up trophy that we got for IVP 2006. It was also a party for Benny and Fahmy, two of our graduated seniors. Benny is going to NS soon, tmr more like it, 7 July 2006.
All the best Benny in serving your country. We're gonna misz ya!!!Party was fine considering it was a last minute thing. Cheryl msged me with all the info on Friday night. I was i/c for confirming the number of ppl who were going. It's not an easy task calling ppl up. Coz sometime, these ppl dont asnwer their phone. Either that or they must confirm and get back to me. N all of us have datelines. Need to send the confirmed number of people going to PY so that she could settle the food.
Told u it wasn't easy.Aniwaez, there weren't any music. Coz the CD format was not that right for the player. So, it was repeating the song even before the song finished. *dang*
Still, Pika was there. So I was their source of entertainment. Can't blame me. Had loadz of coke that day. 2 cans of coke before I went out of the house. 1 can of coke while waiting for the party to start. N more coke when the party started. Wuhoo!!!
Ouh, as it was a sunday. Rehearsals for the upcoming National Day was going on. We saw the red lions parachuters. Daym cool the way they swirl in the air. Then there was the big National Flag that was brought in. Ouh, n not forgetting the fireworks. Though the fireworks that day weren't exactly the nicest, it highlighted our event more.
And, I got my ankh necklace/choker,
whatever u wanna call it, from gijo. He remembered his promise. The promise was, he would give me his necklace the next time he see me. Ouh, promise was made during the post IVP party. So yeah, I got the necklace which I've always wanted and I'm wearing it now.
